DESCRIPTION:
Pleasant holiday home with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and open space living room. This house is equipped with a sound system, which allows you to listen to music/radio in every room of the house.
It has a large outdoor area that includes a garden with several fruit trees and palm trees and a leisure area with sun loungers where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

LOCATION:
This house is located 10 minutes from the airport (Santa Cruz) and 15 minutes from Funchal, the capital of Madeira. It’s in a tranquil area of Caniço de Baixo, about 1 minute walk from Reis Magos beach.
There is paid parking (0,40€/hour) near the house and bus stops nearby. You can also find several restaurants, small supermarkets, bakeries and companies with sports and leisure activities within walking distance (5 minutes).

As our customer, you will have a 10% discount at EXTREME COURTESY, at the PRAIA REIS MAGOS restaurant, at LARANJINHA and O FUGA restaurants and at the SPAR.

If you need a car, we have partnerships with two rent-a-cars, which allows us to offer you a lower price. Just contact us, and we’ll send you a quote and make the reservation for you.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
If during the stay, the client breaks pieces of crockery (plates, glasses, cups) or damages an item on the property, he must inform the host so that it can be replaced.
If there are dirty or damaged bed linen and/or towels, a fee will be applied, to be paid by the guest:
– Small sheet: 15€;
– Large sheet: 20€;
– Small towels: 15€;
– Large towels: 20€.
In the case of damage to the floor, walls, glass or furniture, a price will be shown depending on the damage caused.

Animals are allowed, as long as the request is made in advance. It has an additional cost of €5/day.
If a baby cot is needed, there is also an additional cost of €15/per stay.
Check-in is free between 09:00 and 21:30. From 21:30 to 9:00 there is an extra cost of €25.
