DESCRIPTION:
Large and modern holiday home with a unique sea view, given its location on a cliff. It is situated in a quiet area, has 3 bedrooms, all with a balcony overlooking the sea, and 4 bathrooms. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine and dishwasher), an open space with the living and dining room and a large terrace with leisure areas. It has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. At certain times of the year, it is possible to see dolphins and whales.
Casa Falésia is in a very quiet area as it is one of the last houses at the end of the street, with a privileged view of the sea. It offers the greatest privacy, and it is possible to park the car inside the property.

LOCATION:
This house is located 10 minutes from the airport (Santa Cruz) and 15 minutes from Funchal, the capital of Madeira.
You can find beaches, several restaurants, small supermarkets, bakeries and companies with sports and leisure activities within walking distance (5 minutes), as well as bus stops.

As our customer, you will have a 10% discount at EXTREME COURTESY, at the PRAIA REIS MAGOS restaurant, at the LARANJIHA and O FUGA restaurants and at the SPAR.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
If during the stay, the client breaks pieces of crockery (plates, glasses, cups) or damages an item on the property, he must inform the host so that it can be replaced.
If there are dirty or damaged bed linen and/or towels, a fee will be applied, to be paid by the guest:
– Small sheet: 15€;
– Large sheet: 20€;
– Small towels: 15€;
– Large towels: 20€.
In the case of damage to the floor, walls, glass or furniture, a price will be shown depending on the damage caused.

Animals are allowed, as long as the request is made in advance. It has an additional cost of €5/day.
If a baby cot is needed, there is also an additional cost of €15/per stay.
Check-in is free between 09:00 and 21:30. From 21:30 to 9:00 there is an extra cost of €25.
