DESCRIPTION:
It’s one bedroom apartment with a double bed, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, located on the 1st floor of a small and pleasant block of apartments. It has free Wi-Fi access, satellite TV and a small balcony with a leisure area where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. The apartment is perfect for solo travellers, vacation or business trips, couples or even a family with a child, as there is a sofa bed in the living room.

LOCATION:
This apartment is located 10 minutes from the airport (Santa Cruz) and 15 minutes from Funchal, the capital of Madeira. It’s in a tranquil and touristy area of Caniço de Baixo, about 5 minutes from Reis Magos beach.

There is paid parking (0,40€/hour) on the north and south fronts of the building and bus stops nearby. You can also find beaches, several restaurants, small supermarkets, bakeries and sports and leisure activities within walking distance (5 minutes).

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
If during the stay, the client breaks pieces of crockery (plates, glasses, cups) or damages an item on the property, he must inform the host so that it can be replaced.
If there are dirty or damaged bed linen and/or towels, a fee will be applied, to be paid by the guest:
– Small sheet: 15€;
– Large sheet: 20€;
– Small towels: 15€;
– Large towels: 20€.
In the case of damage to the floor, walls, glass or furniture, a price will be shown depending on the damage caused.

Animals are allowed, as long as the request is made in advance. It has an additional cost of €5/day.
If a baby cot is needed, there is also an additional cost of €15/per stay.
Check-in is free between 09:00 and 21:30. From 21:30 to 9:00 there is an extra cost of €25.
