The studio has a small private entrance hall, with a small well for washing clothes or shoes and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a small dining area and has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Offers a double bed and it also has a balcony with a leisure area, where you can enjoy your meals or relax with a view of the sea. The studio is ideal for solo travellers or couples, vacations or business trips.
LOCATION:
This apartment is located 10 minutes from the airport (Santa Cruz) and 15 minutes from Funchal, the capital of Madeira. The studio is in a tranquil and touristy area of Caniço de Baixo, about 5 minutes from Reis Magos beach.
There is paid parking (0,40€/hour) on the north and south fronts of the building and bus stops nearby. You can also find beaches, several restaurants, small supermarkets, bakeries and sports and leisure activities within walking distance (5 minutes).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
As our customer, you will have a 10% discount at EXTREME COURTESY, at the PRAIA REIS MAGOS restaurant, at LARANJINHA and O FUGA restaurants and at the SPAR.
If you need a car, we have partnerships with two rent-a-cars, which allows us to offer you a lower price. Just contact us, and we’ll send you a quote and make the reservation for you.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
If during the stay, the client breaks pieces of crockery (plates, glasses, cups) or damages an item on the property, he must inform the host so that it can be replaced.
If there are dirty or damaged bed linen and/or towels, a fee will be applied, to be paid by the guest:
– Small sheet: 15€;
– Large sheet: 20€;
– Small towels: 15€;
– Large towels: 20€.
In the case of damage to the floor, walls, glass or furniture, a price will be shown depending on the damage caused.
Animals are allowed, as long as the request is made in advance. It has an additional cost of €5/day.
If a baby cot is needed, there is also an additional cost of €15/per stay.
Check-in is free between 09:00 and 21:30. From 21:30 to 9:00 there is an extra cost of €25.
