DESCRIPTION:
A fantastic and modern single-storey house with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor magnesium swimming pool. The open-space kitchen is fully equipped (includes washing machine and dishwasher) and the living room has a sofa bed if needed. It has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The property has a large outdoor area, which includes a barbecue and leisure spaces in front of the pool and sun loungers to relax in the sun.
This house is equipped with a sound system, which allows you to listen to music/radio indoors, but also while in the pool.
Casa Maravilha is in a very quiet area and offers great privacy, being possible to park the car inside the property.

HEATING SYSTEM:
The pool has an optional heating system and costs €160 per week at 24º C, paid in cash and on arrival. An extra supplement of €50 per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC. Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. If requested after arrival, the applicable charge will be for one full week.

LOCATION:
It is located 10 minutes from the airport (Santa Cruz) and 15 minutes from Funchal, the capital of Madeira.
You can find beaches, several restaurants, small supermarkets, bakeries and companies with sports and leisure activities within walking distance (5 minutes), as well as bus stops.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
As our customer, you will have a 10% discount at EXTREME COURTESY, at the PRAIA REIS MAGOS restaurant, at LARANJINHA and O FUGA restaurants and at the SPAR.

If you need a car, we have partnerships with two rent-a-cars, which allows us to offer you a lower price. Just contact us, and we’ll send you a quote and make the reservation for you.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
If during the stay, the client breaks pieces of crockery (plates, glasses, cups) or damages an item on the property, he must inform the host so that it can be replaced.
If there are dirty or damaged bed linen and/or towels, a fee will be applied, to be paid by the guest:
– Small sheet: 15€;
– Large sheet: 20€;
– Small towels: 15€;
– Large towels: 20€.

In the case of damage to the floor, walls, glass or furniture, a price will be shown depending on the damage caused.

Animals are allowed, as long as the request is made in advance. It has an additional cost of €5/day.
If a baby cot is needed, there is also an additional cost of €15/per stay.

Check-in is free between 09:00 and 21:00. From 21:00 to 00:00, there is an extra charge of €25, and from 00:00 onwards, there is an extra charge of €30.
